However, many extended health insurance providers do cover either the full or a partial cost of private Physiotherapy services. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to ascertain the specific details of your coverage plan.
To learn whether your insurance plan supports direct billing, please consult our office staff. Some plans may not allow service providers to bill directly and may instead require you to pay for your treatment upfront, with the option to submit receipts for reimbursement.
We handle all work and motor vehicle-related injuries and can directly bill WCB or MPI for your sessions if you have an approved claim. Simply provide us with your claim number, adjuster’s name, and contact information prior to your initial appointment for proper paperwork processing. We will direct bill to MPI on your behalf. If your claim is denied, you will be responsible for covering the treatment charges.
