Do you direct bill?

We direct bill to the following organizations:

  • WCB (Workers Compensation Board)
  • MPI (Manitoba Public Insurance)
  • CFB (Canadian Force Bases)
  • Manitoba Blue Cross
  • Great West Life

If you have private insurance coverage with other companies we will issue you an invoice in which you can submit for reimbursement.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No referral needed:
Patients have direct access to physical therapy services and do not require a doctor's referral for treatment.

However, some insurance plans may require a doctor's prescription for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance plan.

We will provide you with an invoice in which you can submit it to your private insurer. Typically this process will only take a few days for reimbursement depending upon your insurance company.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Clients are encouraged to bring comfortable clothing such as shorts, tights, sweat pants, tank tops or t-shirts depending on which body part is to be treated.

A claim number must also be provided if it is a WCB or MPI claim.

How long will my appointment be?

The initial assessment will take approximately 1 hour and follow-up treatments typically range from 30 minutes to an hour. This all depends on your specific needs and is different from one patient to the next.

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept both cash and credit card.
